Yeah I guess we all needed to be shaken up a bit. I mailed the whole team with a plan to get this thing on the road again. I can't wrap my head around the fact that some people are perfectly comfortable with just slacking their way through a project.
I mean, you get a chance to prove your talent in a project! That's a great opportunity, and if you do it correctly you can
1) make friends
2) get experience
3) have something nice to put on to your portfolio.
Anyway, yesterday I did the mail and I got a positive responds from one of the members (and incidentally the teamleader of this project), Paul. He really understood to put our force together because we're running behind schedule. I have confidence the damage won't be too big, but I'm not sure what to do with the other two team-members. Especially Tim, who's been away from the project for over two weeks.
