First blog, first two weeks

My first blog/log that I'm doing with the blogger.com system. I think this will be useful. You're probably reading this from my portfolio website, right? Well, I figured it would be quicker and easier to just blog all the updates from here!
That's right, expect this blog/log to be bursting with energy soon.

About school. We jusr ended our second week. The first week was interesting; we paid a couple of visits to the hospital for researching. There, we actually found some existing examples of interactive informative installations! Good to know the hospital is open for these kind of things, so they might actually show interest in whatever we're planning to make.

How do you make visitors at a hospital play a game? It's not that they're in the mood for something like that, are they? This is a tough question we solved in the second week.

In the second week we actually did something with the results we got earlier. What kind of place in the hospital has a positive, almost exciting feel to it? Well, the maternity ward of course!
This is where our focus will be: a helpful game, played by the soon-to-be fathers, who go to the hospital with their wife or girlfriend on a regular basis.

They probably ought to learn something about helping her out when she's unable to walk and things like that. Also, maybe a bit of a preparation for when the kiddo is there? How does he respond to situations? What can he do to help?
